Verses

  • Galatians 5:1: For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not be subject again to the yoke of slavery.

  • Deuteronomy 5:33: Walk just as he has commanded you so that you may live, that it may go well with you, and that you may live long in the land you are going to possess.

  • Psalm 119:92-93: If I had not found encouragement in your law, I would have died in my sorrow. I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have revived me.

  • 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.

  • Romans 12:2: Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God - what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.

  • Romans 7:22-25: For I delight in the law of God in my inner being. But I see a different law in my members waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that is in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.

  • Psalm 103:2-5: Praise the LORD, O my soul! Do not forget all his kind deeds! He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who delivers your life from the Pit, who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion, who satisfies your life with good things, so your youth is renewed like an eagle's.
