  • Hebrews 10:24-25: And let us take thought of how to spur one another on to love and good works, not abandoning our own meetings, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and even more so because you see the day drawing near.

  • Colossians 3:23-24: Whatever you are doing, work at it with enthusiasm, as to the Lord and not for people, because you know that you will receive your inheritance from the Lord as the reward. Serve the Lord Christ.

  • Hebrews 11:6: Now without faith it is impossible to please him, for the one who approaches God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

  • James 1:2-3: My brothers and sisters, consider it nothing but joy when you fall into all sorts of trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance.

  • Hebrews 12:1-2: Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for us, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.

  • James 1:12: Happy is the one who endures testing, because when he has proven to be genuine, he will receive the crown of life that God promised to those who love him.

  • Hebrews 13:5: Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have, for he has said, "I will never leave you and I will never abandon you."

  • 1 Peter 2:24: He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we may cease from sinning and live for righteousness. By his wounds you were healed.

  • James 5:16: So confess your sins to one another and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great effectiveness.

  • 1 John 3:16: We have come to know love by this: that Jesus laid down his life for us; thus we ought to lay down our lives for our fellow Christians.

  • 1 Peter 3:15-16: But set Christ apart as Lord in your hearts and always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks about the hope you possess. Yet do it with courtesy and respect, keeping a good conscience, so that those who slander your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame when they accuse you.

  • 1 John 1:9: But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous, forgiving us our sins and cleansing us from all unrighteousness.

  • 1 Peter 5:7: by casting all your cares on him because he cares for you.

  • John 3:17: For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
