I'm working on Romans too :) It takes a long time, but it's well worth the endeavor.

It is hard to understand let alone memorise! Where are you up to?

I've got Romans 1-8 in my review queue. None of them yet are fully learnt. Personally speaking, I've found John MacArthur's sermons to be helpful in understanding Romans. https://www.gty.org/library/bible-series-library/7341/romans-vol-01 The sermons I've linked to were preached back in the early eighties.

Thanks, I'll try them. I've been trying to listen to John Piper who is very clear and Martyn Lloyd Jones, so far.

One more resource, if I may. I've also listened to John Samson's sermons in the past on Romans and found them to be helpful. John Samson is a pastor in Arizona, but he's originally from Liverpool, I believe. Both he and MacArthur quote Martyn Lloyd Jones.
