Hello there! The weeks fly by and all of a sudden it´s winter and Christmas is just a few weeks away. Not exactly snow here, but hard enough frosts to make the ground white. Crazy busy at home and at work, but had a wonderful quiet Sunday yesterday. A time of year to actively make room for quiet... :-)

I was so busy, that I didn't notice your remark "to actively make room for quiet". I agree. We have to fight for times of rest (paraphrasing here the thought in Hebrews). It's very important to make a priority of being in God's rest, because this is when I believe we can best hear His voice speaking to us. And we need so much to hear him speaking to us. On the other hand, it can be also so easy to get swept into the current of being busy and endless activities .... that's why we must strive to enter His rest.
