A group for us to declare some of what God has done in us through Christ and his grace related to our hiding His word in our hearts, meditating on his word, and taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

That's awesome! And our spouses know us the best usually. One verse that has really helped me in parenting lately is Galatian 6:1. Brothers, if any one is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of GENTLENESS. . . .

Lord, please continue to work your gentle spirit in me, especially in parenting my boys.

agreed. Since I've begun meditating on God's word (through memorization, or even just in the process of memorizing) my wife says I've become more peaceful. I'm grateful to God for his patience and mercy.
