  • John 11:25-26: Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even if he dies, and the one who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

  • John 12:46: I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in darkness.

  • John 17:20-21: "I am not praying only on their behalf, but also on behalf of those who believe in me through their testimony, that they will all be one, just as you, Father, are in me and I am in you. I pray that they will be in us, so that the world will believe that you sent me.

  • John 20:31: But these are recorded so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

  • Romans 10:9-10: because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and thus has righteousness and with the mouth one confesses and thus has salvation.

  • Romans 10:14: How are they to call on one they have not believed in? And how are they to believe in one they have not heard of? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them?

  • Philippians 1:29: For it has been granted to you not only to believe in Christ but also to suffer for him,

  • 1 Thessalonians 4:14: For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also we believe that God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep as Christians.

  • Hebrews 11:6: Now without faith it is impossible to please him, for the one who approaches God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

  • 1 Peter 1:8-9: You have not seen him, but you love him. You do not see him now but you believe in him, and so you rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, because you are attaining the goal of your faith - the salvation of your souls.

  • 1 John 5:13: I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
