Psalm 119:63: I am a friend to all your loyal followers, and to those who keep your precepts.
Proverbs 13:20: The one who associates with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.
Proverbs 17:17: A friend loves at all times, and a relative is born to help in adversity.
Proverbs 18:24: A person who has friends may be harmed by them, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Proverbs 22:24-25: Do not make friends with an angry person, and do not associate with a wrathful person, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare.
Proverbs 27:10: Do not forsake your friend and your father's friend, and do not enter your brother's house in the day of your disaster; a neighbor nearby is better than a brother far away.
Proverbs 27:17: As iron sharpens iron, so a person sharpens his friend.
