Memory verses for Jamie Lash's class.

Verses

  • Romans 12:2: Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God - what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.

  • 2 Corinthians 5:21: God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God.

  • Colossians 3:9-10: Do not lie to one another since you have put off the old man with its practices and have been clothed with the new man that is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one who created it.

  • Romans 6:6-7: We know that our old man was crucified with him so that the body of sin would no longer dominate us, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. (For someone who has died has been freed from sin.)

  • Romans 6:11: So you too consider yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
