Verses

  • Isaiah 57:20-21: But the wicked are like a surging sea that is unable to be quiet; its waves toss up mud and sand. There will be no prosperity," says my God, "for the wicked."

  • Isaiah 64:6: We are all like one who is unclean, all our so-called righteous acts are like a menstrual rag in your sight. We all wither like a leaf; our sins carry us away like the wind.

  • Jeremiah 17:9: The human mind is more deceitful than anything else. It is incurably bad. Who can understand it?

  • Romans 3:23: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

  • Romans 5:12: So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people because all sinned -

  • Galatians 3:22: But the scripture imprisoned everything and everyone under sin so that the promise could be given - because of the faithfulness of Jesus Christ - to those who believe.
