Verses

  • John 8:36: So if the son sets you free, you will be really free.

  • Galatians 5:1: For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not be subject again to the yoke of slavery.

  • 2 Corinthians 3:17: Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is present, there is freedom.

  • Romans 8:21: that the creation itself will also be set free from the bondage of decay into the glorious freedom of God's children.

  • Psalm 119:45: I will be secure, for I seek your precepts.

  • Isaiah 61:1: The spirit of the sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,

  • 1 Peter 2:16: Live as free people, not using your freedom as a pretext for evil, but as God's slaves.

  • Acts 13:39: and by this one everyone who believes is justified from everything from which the law of Moses could not justify you.

  • Ephesians 3:12: in whom we have boldness and confident access to God because of Christ's faithfulness.

  • James 1:25: But the one who peers into the perfect law of liberty and fixes his attention there, and does not become a forgetful listener but one who lives it out - he will be blessed in what he does.
