Verses

• Exodus 35:2: In six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there must be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of complete rest to the LORD. Anyone who does work on it will be put to death.

• Isaiah 13:13-16: So I will shake the heavens, and the earth will shake loose from its foundation, because of the fury of the LORD who commands armies, in the day he vents his raging anger. Like a frightened gazelle or a sheep with no shepherd, each will turn toward home, each will run to his homeland. Everyone who is caught will be stabbed; everyone who is seized will die by the sword. Their children will be smashed to pieces before their very eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives raped.
  
  
• Numbers 31:14-17: But Moses was furious with the officers of the army, the commanders over thousands and commanders over hundreds, who had come from service in the war. Moses said to them, "Have you allowed all the women to live? Look, these people through the counsel of Balaam caused the Israelites to act treacherously against the LORD in the matter of Peor - which resulted in the plague among the community of the LORD! Now therefore kill every boy, and kill every woman who has had sexual intercourse with a man.
  
  
• Numbers 31:18: But all the young women who have not had sexual intercourse with a man will be yours.
