  • Colossians 2:15: Disarming the rulers and authorities, he has made a public disgrace of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

  • Colossians 3:1-2: Therefore, if you have been raised with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Keep thinking about things above, not things on the earth,

  • Colossians 3:3: for you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

  • Colossians 3:4: When Christ (who is your life) appears, then you too will be revealed in glory with him.

  • Hebrews 12:1: Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for us,

  • Hebrews 12:2: keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.

  • Hebrews 12:3: Think of him who endured such opposition against himself by sinners, so that you may not grow weary in your souls and give up.

  • 1 Peter 1:13: Therefore, get your minds ready for action by being fully sober, and set your hope completely on the grace that will be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed.
