Verses

  • Exodus 32:30: The next day Moses said to the people, "You have committed a very serious sin, but now I will go up to the LORD - perhaps I can make atonement on behalf of your sin."

  • Leviticus 5:11: "'If he cannot afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, he must bring as his offering for his sin which he has committed a tenth of an ephah of choice wheat flour for a sin offering. He must not place olive oil on it and he must not put frankincense on it, because it is a sin offering.

  • Leviticus 4:14: the assembly must present a young bull for a sin offering when the sin they have committed becomes known. They must bring it before the Meeting Tent,

  • 1 Kings 15:30: This happened because of the sins which Jeroboam committed and which he made Israel commit. These sins angered the LORD God of Israel.

  • Leviticus 4:28: or his sin that he committed is made known to him, he must bring a flawless female goat as his offering for the sin that he committed.

  • 1 Kings 16:13: This happened because of all the sins which Baasha and his son Elah committed and which they made Israel commit. They angered the LORD God of Israel with their worthless idols.

  • Romans 7:13: Did that which is good, then, become death to me? Absolutely not! But sin, so that it would be shown to be sin, produced death in me through what is good, so that through the commandment sin would become utterly sinful.

  • 1 John 5:16: If anyone sees his fellow Christian committing a sin not resulting in death, he should ask, and God will grant life to the person who commits a sin not resulting in death. There is a sin resulting in death. I do not say that he should ask about that.

  • 1 Kings 16:19: This happened because of the sins he committed. He did evil in the sight of the LORD and followed in Jeroboam's footsteps and encouraged Israel to continue sinning.

  • Leviticus 5:6: and he must bring his penalty for guilt to the LORD for his sin that he has committed, a female from the flock, whether a female sheep or a female goat, for a sin offering. So the priest will make atonement on his behalf for his sin.

  • Leviticus 4:3: "'If the high priest sins so that the people are guilty, on account of the sin he has committed he must present a flawless young bull to the LORD for a sin offering.
