-
Isaiah 45:21: Tell me! Present the evidence! Let them consult with one another! Who predicted this in the past? Who announced it beforehand? Was it not I, the LORD? I have no peer, there is no God but me, a God who vindicates and delivers; there is none but me.

Galatians 3:21-22: Is the law therefore opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For otherwise would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers would have been purified once for all and so have no further consciousness of sin?
-
Hebrews 7:19: for the law made nothing perfect. On the other hand a better hope is introduced, through which we draw near to God.
-
Romans 3:19-20: Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world may be held accountable to God. For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
-
Galatians 3:24: Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous by faith.
-
Romans 7:7: What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Absolutely not! Certainly, I would not have known sin except through the law. For indeed I would not have known what it means to desire something belonging to someone else if the law had not said, "Do not covet."
-
