Verses

  • Luke 16:29: But Abraham said, 'They have Moses and the prophets; they must respond to them.'

  • Luke 16:31: He replied to him, 'If they do not respond to Moses and the prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.'"

  • Luke 24:27: Then beginning with Moses and all the prophets, he interpreted to them the things written about himself in all the scriptures.

  • Luke 24:44: Then he said to them, "These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms must be fulfilled."

  • 2 Timothy 3:15-17: and how from infancy you have known the holy writings, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the person dedicated to God may be capable and equipped for every good work.

  • John 5:46-47: If you believed Moses, you would believe me, because he wrote about me. But if you do not believe what Moses wrote, how will you believe my words?"
