Thanks joosep .... actually.... the first one was the best :) I so crave and cherish every moment reading, learning, memorizing. Often i am in tears and so glad no one here can see!!! I love and appreciate this community of believers. Especially while the world becomes, well, increasingly insane. Comfort knowing others are on this path (even if we wear different shoes) I cling to scripture to keep me grounded and keep my eyes focused on Jesus. So thankful.

Congratulations, mrsmoo! The beauty of having so many verses in the arsenal of your mind means that you can refresh yourself by the still waters of His Word at anytime, anywhere.

Amen Symota! I was inspired by something TheMoviegoer said, and recently I've begun reciting some passages to my wife as a captive audience :) She's a Christian too, so she likes it. I mean to say, not actually reciting from memory, but practicing toward attaining that end. It's awesome.

Many thanks to all. Appreciate your support, encouragement, and sharing of ideas. In a year of isolation, it has been great comfort to see familiar names appear on my screen each day. To see and be inspired by the selections you are working on. To hear ways that you incorporate learning or using scripture. And the JOY of celebrating individual milestones knowing that ultimately.... it is ALL to the glory of God.

I appreciate your comments, mrsmoo. It's my desire and my prayer that I come to this website every morning with a pure motivation, to know Him better. I'm very far from perfect. My wife certainly knows that ;) . But I also feel so happy in His love, and it means a lot to me to hear from others who are also blessed by the purity and completeness of His love.

Thanks joosep. This morning I have been looking back over my life... over trials, pain, challenges, and past victories, miracles, and blessings. I have never been alone. Rejoicing in His love (and patience)...... singing praises \O/ and giving thanks... in ALL things.
