thank you, joosep. Feel free to ask. I used my last name on my page, my first first name is Randall. Actually I started in October last year, paused, then started again in January I think, but haven't tried to make any verse sets yet. I'm glad to be here in either case.

I guess it was wishful thinking on my part, because the other person with the name "Gray" was very active here, and then seemed to disappear. It's never easy when people disappear. Yes. In "real" life it might be easier. There could be a simple explanation -- perhaps the person decided to use another similar website, like Memverse, or decided they preferred the "old-fashioned" method of pen and paper (I've had similar thoughts at times). But on the internet, if someone vanishes ... who knows the reason.

Since we're having a conversation, I'll ask you one more question: do you prefer (here) to work on individual verses, or work on longer passages, or perhaps chapters?

thank you onfire247! joosep, yeah, a lot of explanations possible, and I sure don't know what happens to people. Anyway, I'd say I prefer longer passages/chapters. I've been learning 1 Peter a chapter at a time and the Westminster catechism. How about you?

I prefer to learn chapters as a whole :) I get a much better feel for everything that way ...
