One more chapter under your belt, another one begun!

I'm curious if you've noticed any specific or measurable changes in you since you began your journey in Proverbs? I've often considered taking the journey as well, but it seems like a daunting task.

Thank you for your encouragement, joosep! I am sorry that I did not respond earlier, but I have been very busy lately. To answer your question, onfire247, probably the best change that I have noticed since I began this study in Proverbs is that many times when a situation arises, I am able to remember a Bible verse that directly deals with it. I like the fact that the Proverbs are so full of everyday wisdom. It has helped me to resolve several specific conflicts lately with which I might have otherwise had trouble dealing. I would definitely recommend memorizing at least some of Proverbs. Of course, no time we spend in God's Word is wasted.
