Great passage ..the essence of our Holy faith ..

I feel the same.

I was initially drawn to it by the words "since He always lives to make intercession for us" (NAS),
"seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them" (KJB).

I find those words to be very comforting. Not at all to ignore the importance of the rest of the passage.

Yes eternal redemption ...once we understand that sin is our infernal enemy ..we can see how precious Christ's eternal redemption is
