Hi joosep, yes. I don't expect to memorise it perfectly just yet. My goal is really just to learn the contents of the book at this point. I am thinking that later on, if I start to forget parts, I might delete the entire book from my selection and learn it afresh. I'm not sure how Learn Scripture works exactly, but it's an idea that I may go ahead with in the future.
That's similar to my goal .... not so much to memorize precisely, but to know the contents Of John's gospel very well. I've sort of been skipping around, but now I've decided to do it in order.
No, I'm adding a section of verses at the time, and I give the section some title which reflects the content of the passage. In this way I can look at all the verse sets I'm learning and have a kind of outline :)
Yes I find it helpful. One thing you have to do so that everything will show up in order is to format the verse numbers (in the title) with leading zeroes: for example, Romans 08:01-11: Life in the Spirit, instead of 8:1-11. (I say that just in case it is important to you) :)
