:-) :-) :-) Thanks to all of you for the warm welcome back. Kind words JDJDJDJ! Nice to meet you mrsmoo, we will travel this path together :-) Joosep... it will be a pleasure!
Thank you! I tried various reading plans, but found that I missed the in depth study of being forced to read one verse at a time. And also in these times of lockdown, I miss the fellowship and encouragement of a community of believers. So here I am again :-)

I felt really glad to see you back, Robinshe. We've obviously never met in person, but someday in heaven we will. May the fellowship here be a strong blessing to you.

Do John 4! My all-time favorite chapter! Something magical / mesmerising about the way the woman at Sychar comes to recognise Jesus for who he is and immediately needs to share the good news with others.
Agree, Phoenixx! Make yourself at home, good to have you here with us all! :-) Reminded of 1 John 1:3-4 - because of Christ, we have fellowship both with one another and with the Father... and John writes this to us so that our joy may be complete (ref Jooseps gratefulness!)
Happy New Year, everyone! I have been away for a while (sheer laziness on my part, I´m fine), and it´s wonderfully uplifting to see so many people here actively studying and making progress. Good to see friends who have been here for years, still steadily working away, and good to see new people who have joined us more recently - welcome! May the Lord bless each one of you as you begin a new year in his word.
Hi mfweiss! Good to have you with us in this group - you´ve been learning on this site for a few years here, and it´s encouraging to see people who start to memorize Scripture still working away at it years later. Hope all is well and that you continue to grow in wisdom and understanding :-)
Thanks AZIL2! I would also be happy to keep you in my prayers. Remember that anything anyone posts here is public, but share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, God knows the rest :-)
