  • John 4:34: Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of the one who sent me and to complete his work.

  • John 6:38-40: For I have come down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me. Now this is the will of the one who sent me - that I should not lose one person of every one he has given me, but raise them all up at the last day. For this is the will of my Father - for everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

  • Acts 16:7: When they came to Mysia, they attempted to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them to do this,

  • Acts 22:14-15: Then he said, 'The God of our ancestors has already chosen you to know his will, to see the Righteous One, and to hear a command from his mouth, because you will be his witness to all people of what you have seen and heard.

  • Romans 8:14: For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God.

  • Ephesians 1:9-11: He did this when he revealed to us the secret of his will, according to his good pleasure that he set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ - the things in heaven and the things on earth. In Christ we too have been claimed as God's own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of his will

  • Philippians 2:12-13: So then, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, continue working out your salvation with awe and reverence, for the one bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort - for the sake of his good pleasure - is God.

  • Colossians 1:9: For this reason we also, from the day we heard about you, have not ceased praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

  • 1 Thessalonians 5:18: in everything give thanks. For this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

  • 1 Peter 2:15-16: For God wants you to silence the ignorance of foolish people by doing good. Live as free people, not using your freedom as a pretext for evil, but as God's slaves.

  • 1 Peter 3:17: For it is better to suffer for doing good, if God wills it, than for doing evil.

  • 1 John 2:15-17: Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him, because all that is in the world (the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the arrogance produced by material possessions) is not from the Father, but is from the world. And the world is passing away with all its desires, but the person who does the will of God remains forever.
