Verses

  • Ephesians 1:4: For he chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in his sight in love.

  • Romans 3:20: For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

  • Romans 3:21: But now apart from the law the righteousness of God (which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed -

  • Romans 3:22: namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction,

  • Galatians 3:21: Is the law therefore opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that was able to give life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law.

  • Galatians 3:22: But the scripture imprisoned everything and everyone under sin so that the promise could be given - because of the faithfulness of Jesus Christ - to those who believe.

  • Colossians 3:10: and have been clothed with the new man that is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one who created it.
