Verses

  • John 13:34-35: "I give you a new commandment - to love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. Everyone will know by this that you are my disciples - if you have love for one another."

  • 1 John 3:18: Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue but in deed and truth.

  • Philippians 2:3-4: Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself. Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but about the interests of others as well.

  • 1 Peter 5:5-7: In the same way, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. And all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand by casting all your cares on him because he cares for you.

  • Ephesians 5:3: But among you there must not be either sexual immorality, impurity of any kind, or greed, as these are not fitting for the saints.

  • 1 Peter 2:11: Dear friends, I urge you as foreigners and exiles to keep away from fleshly desires that do battle against the soul,

  • Leviticus 19:11: "'You must not steal, you must not tell lies, and you must not deal falsely with your fellow citizen.

  • Acts 24:16: This is the reason I do my best to always have a clear conscience toward God and toward people.

  • Hebrews 11:6: Now without faith it is impossible to please him, for the one who approaches God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

  • Romans 4:20-21: He did not waver in unbelief about the promise of God but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God. He was fully convinced that what God promised he was also able to do.

  • Galatians 6:9-10: So we must not grow weary in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who belong to the family of faith.

  • Matthew 5:16: In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they can see your good deeds and give honor to your Father in heaven.
