Verses

  • John 1:12: But to all who have received him - those who believe in his name - he has given the right to become God's children

  • John 15:15: I no longer call you slaves, because the slave does not understand what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because I have revealed to you everything I heard from my Father.

  • Romans 5:1: Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

  • 1 Corinthians 6:17: But the one united with the Lord is one spirit with him.

  • 1 Corinthians 6:19-20: Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.

  • 1 Corinthians 12:27: Now you are Christ's body, and each of you is a member of it.

  • Ephesians 1:3-6: Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ. For he chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in his sight in love. He did this by predestining us to adoption as his sons through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of his will - to the praise of the glory of his grace that he has freely bestowed on us in his dearly loved Son.

  • Ephesians 1:7-8: In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace that he lavished on us in all wisdom and insight.

  • Colossians 1:13-14: He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

  • Colossians 2:9-10: For in him all the fullness of deity lives in bodily form, and you have been filled in him, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

  • Hebrews 4:14-16: Therefore since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession. For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin. Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.

  • Romans 8:1-2: There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the life-giving Spirit in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.

  • Romans 8:28: And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose,

  • Romans 8:31-33: What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Indeed, he who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, freely give us all things? Who will bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies.

  • Romans 8:34-36: Who is the one who will condemn? Christ is the one who died (and more than that, he was raised), who is at the right hand of God, and who also is interceding for us. Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will trouble, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, "For your sake we encounter death all day long; we were considered as sheep to be slaughtered."

  • Romans 8:37-39: No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us! For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor heavenly rulers, nor things that are present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  • 2 Corinthians 1:21-22: But it is God who establishes us together with you in Christ and who anointed us, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a down payment.

  • Colossians 3:1-4: Therefore, if you have been raised with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Keep thinking about things above, not things on the earth, for you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ (who is your life) appears, then you too will be revealed in glory with him.

  • Philippians 1:6: For I am sure of this very thing, that the one who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

  • Philippians 3:20: But our citizenship is in heaven - and we also await a savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,

  • 2 Timothy 1:7: For God did not give us a Spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control.

  • 1 John 5:18: We know that everyone fathered by God does not sin, but God protects the one he has fathered, and the evil one cannot touch him.

  • John 15:5: "I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me - and I in him - bears much fruit, because apart from me you can accomplish nothing.

  • John 15:16: You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that remains, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.

  • 1 Corinthians 3:16: Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?

  • 2 Corinthians 5:17-19: So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away - look, what is new has come! And all these things are from God who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and who has given us the ministry of reconciliation. In other words, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting people's trespasses against them, and he has given us the message of reconciliation.

  • 2 Corinthians 5:20-21: Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His plea through us. We plead with you on Christ's behalf, "Be reconciled to God!" God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God.

  • Ephesians 2:6: and he raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,

  • Ephesians 2:10: For we are his workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared beforehand so we may do them.

  • Ephesians 3:12: in whom we have boldness and confident access to God because of Christ's faithfulness.

  • Philippians 4:13: I am able to do all things through the one who strengthens me.
