It's helpful to share the different ways to get the best out of learnscripture. I can't cope with a big review pile but it is food for thought. Might try it at some point.

I understand where you're coming from with the leaderboards. I would like to think/hope my motivation is the same ( I would add in wanting to know the Lord better) but know that at times other things i.e. points have been my motivation. I know the Lord can use this site in blessing me despite my poor (or rather less than ideal) reason for motivation. I love the meditation on scripture as I learn. It keeps me in my walk with Christ. But no problem with you not wanting to join the group. I wouldn't want you to fall into the sin of pride ;) As for being an amazing person, nothing could be further from the truth! Just a sinner saved by grace. Would love to chat further if you want to put your email on here. It's a pity there isn't a way to chat privately on this site. Maybe that's a possibility for possible site development in the future. Currently away from home and not getting a lot of internet access so if you don't hear from me for a while, be patient.
