awesome. Thanks for that report rvfc2. My highest verse is I think at 98% and there are others in the 90s, so I'm hoping to add another "fully learnt" verse sometime soon LOL
That comment was actually from me, Joosep. I have another username which I use to practice my weaker verses. And then I forgot who I was when I commented. But I've been here for more than five years, and I wish to express my gratitude for the good example you've set on this website with the comments you've made.
Basil, the percentages build up pretty quickly at the beginning, but the "due intervals" progressively get longer and longer. It generally takes at least a year to memorize a verse.
You're welcome! I can understand how you felt when you had mastered your first verse :) I'm not recommending to anyone that they reset their verses, but also I would not speak against the idea ... it was just something I felt was right for me at the time :) But this time I plan to leave fully learnt verses as fully learnt, and to begin memorizing some other parts of the Bible.
I also remember that setting which JDJDJD spoke of. I believe it's on the bottom right of the screen when you have reviewed the verse. Normally, when you finish typing the verse in, there are three buttons saying "Practice", "OK" and "See Sooner". But when you've fully learnt a verse, these buttons say something like "Fully Learnt" and "Review In 12 Months".
This is my (somewhat dim) recollection of how things were a couple of years ago. I used to have some fully learnt verses, but then at some point I reset everything, and so now I'm engaged in the slow climb back up to "fully learnt" again. I hope that helps :) And I'm also not 100 percent sure that perhaps something has been changed in the system since that time a couple of years ago ...
