Description
Few people have memorized significant portions of the Bible, and even fewer have taken the time to try memorizing a whole book of the Bible. Obviously, we know that we do not memorize the Word to be glorified by men, but to honor the One who gives us a crown that never perishes. That said, there is still encouragement value in knowing that others have walked down a road that you hope to walk down as well.
Therefore, this group is dedicated to the following people:
- Those who have ever memorized a full book of the Bible here or elsewhere and want us to celebrate with you. Let us know which one you've finished, what you've noticed through the process, and how memorizing it has changed your life. We'd also love to hear any sections that have specifically resonated with you and why.
- Those who are currently in the process of memorizing a book and want encouragement to finish it. Let us know which book you picked and why you picked it, how far you are in the book, and what you've learned so far from memorizing it.
- Those who are starting to memorize a full book and want us to be with you through the process. Let us know which book you have chosen and why you have chosen it.
