Thanks Xicama! You´re doing great as well and I see you still haven´t missed a day! It´s a little harder to find time to learn verses now that the summer is over and I´m back at work, but there´s something good about getting into a rhythm, and I know this is a good habit.

How are you doing? Going to make it through Joel 2? Must admit it was´t a passage I would have chosen on my own, but it sort of grew on me as I went along. Powerful image of both an almighty powerful God but also a loving God who seems to want our company and our worship.
Welcome back! May the Lord bless you as you continue to learn :-) And feel free to join us on the "Leaderboard Group for Everyone" if you´d like some company...
Ah... well, I suppose that´s an acceptable reason for your sudden absence. I was rather quick to rule out the hypothesis "I´ll just wait a few days to let Heather catch up", and moved on to much more likely scenarios: 1) death, or 2) what is considered by many to be an even worse fate "Help, I have no wi-fi and roaming costs 15 bucks pr MB!!!". All things considered, I´m glad it turned out to be the latter. Praying that the Lord blesses your work in Malawi and draws to Him all those who receive your gospel texts. And then welcome home again :-)
I´m not quite sure what you mean. Have you tried other verses? I have come across technical glitches, but only very rarely (I´ve started learning over 1800 verses but only had technical problems with Hebrews 4). If you´d like some company, come and join us on the "Leaderboard Group for Everyone" - there are lots of us there :-)
Welcome back to the site. Praying that you will be encouraged and given energy and joy through your time with God. Come and join us on the "Leaderboard Group for Everyone" board if you would like :-)
I also finished the chapter and found the same surprise in v8. My teenage son was at a church camp when I started the chapter, and I was tempted to take v6 completely out of context and send it to him there!
Hi! Looks like you´re enjoying this site? You´re off to a good start :-) If you´d like some company along the way, feel free to join us on the "leaderboard group for everyone" group. There are lots of us there, and we occasionally share things we´ve discovered and cheer each other on.
It´s not my doing, I´m not sure who´s maintaining the site the days. I´m also finding it a wonderful aid and have never before read the Bible so consistently! May God bless you as well as you continue to study!
