Hmm, ok, now I understand. Well, it's normal life, isn't it? We are sociable human beings. :) So Daylyte it's good that you did that on Twitter -- 'twas a good idea -- and now God has drawn people to study and memorize His Word. Anyway, have a good day, D and O :)
Thanks GSHd :) It's an excellent thing to not only read, study, and memorize God's word, but also to *sing* it! Praise God. It's like medicine for the soul.
That's a wonderful Psalm. A long time ago, in the first church I ever went to, we used to sing a version of that Psalm ... "My glory and the lifter of my head" and so on. It used to be one of my favorites to sing and I can still sing it to myself, but I haven't heard it sung in church for a long long time.
Hello Robinshe and fweet. Thank you for those words. This place is inspiring and motivating to me too and I'm grateful for the good words from people here.
Hello ICanDo ... I agree totally with Robinshe. I'd suggest also, when you start learning new verses or create a new verse set or something, make it public. Then, when I see that you are studying some Bible passage, I'd love to have the chance to ask you something like, well, what did you learn by studying this passage? or why are these verses meaningful to you? etc. And of course, you can also ask the same of me. This is one possible way we can challenge each other :)
