excellent -- and I also notice that you have many verses fully learnt. I pray, for all of us here, that His word which we are endeavoring to hide in our hearts, that He may use that word not only to bless ourselves, but even more so to bring love, light, and truth to those whom we encounter on a daily basis ... our neighbors ... and that we will be humble and willing vessels in that activity.
Hello Joosep! Thank you for your encouraging and inspiring insights on Revelation. Yes, by the Lord's grace I am reading it and doing my best to memorize it at a very slow pace. Thanks for your good advice, yes, that needs to be done, read it before the Lord and ask Him to enlighten me. The Holy Spirit is helping me a lot because it looks like I don't have such a hard time memorizing rather difficult verses. ☺ Definitely I will read it again and again. Have a fruitful and enjoyable study of God's Word with lots of blessings!
Hello GSHd. I hope you are doing well :) I just want to follow up on a comment that you made a few weeks ago, where you encouraged people to read the whole of the Book of Revelation. My observation is this, that Revelation is actually much shorter, for example, than the Gospel of John. (Based on the ESV) The Gospel of John has 18,889 words, but Revelation has significantly fewer, only 11,454.
I'm simply trying to say that reading all of Revelation is less daunting of a task than people might assume it to be :) I'm not saying it's easy -- I'm just advising believers in general, read it before the Lord, prayerfully, and allow Him to enlighten your understanding. Don't get stuck on the idea that you must understand all of it on the first reading. Be willing to put certain things to the side and let Him bless you with the things about which He does give you understanding.
Well, that's the spirit in which I hopefully have been reading it. It's on my queue to do in a few weeks, and each time I go through it, I feel that I understand a bit more.

I humbly suggest studying chapters from those prophets from OT that prophesy of Christ's Second Coming like Daniel chp. 7,8, 10, 12, Zechariah, Ezekiel, Amos, etc, and then - for those who have not done it yet - the entire book of Revelation (I challenge you! ☺!!!)
Happy New Year to all ye members of this club! For this year 2018 there is a very interesting and challenging choice of Scriptures which will delight you while memorizing them. For me, though, I have already done most of them, so I'll have to think of other chapters! Enjoy learning them!☺
