yes, very well said. I agree. May the Lord bless your activity on this site that you may ever draw closer to Him in worship, devotion, and in obedience.
(In the past people have asked me why I name a set "Psalm 003" instead of Psalm 3. It's just because I like for all of the sets to appear in order on the Verse Sets page. Just my own way of doing things :) ) So instead of Psalm 23, I would name it Psalm 023, etc.
If by that you mean that the reason is to go slowly, and to truly meditate on the verses and absorb the meaning, and apply it to our lives, and listen to what God is teaching us about Himself and thereby draw closer to Him ... then I agree with you.
But I'm not a fan of the points system on this site. Honestly, I think my 92 million points are meaningless. What has meaning before the Lord is, what have I done with all of those verses which I have practiced and repeated?
100 thousand is good too :) It took me eight years to do 92 million. That's about 220 thousand points a week. But the important thing is, are we letting God speak to us through these verses? so really 92 million doesn't mean anything.

amen! it will take me years to finish Romans, but that's ok :) At the moment I have many from chs. 1-8 near or at fully learned, but 9-16 needs a whole lot of work.

welcome back! and I'm not aware of any wrong you did. But even if you did, there is forgiveness in Jesus Christ, as you know. May God bless to your soul the verses you study as you draw closer to Him.
